چکیده

The genetic composition of the E6 and E7 oncogenes is very susceptible to mutation. Mutations occur due interactions between viral genome host. Changes in one nucleotide can affect function these so that they trigger persistence Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection cervical cancer progression several intratypic variants HPV type 16 alteration p16 expression cases. This study was conducted on women first diagnosed from May 2021 November who had not received surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy. Willing participate after signing informed consent. Cervical tissue samples with a positive test result for were then grouped based mutation sequencing into wild-type group mutant group. Furthermore, immunohistochemical examination carried out assess protein paraffin blocks. results this showed there no association mutations Type (c= 0.048 p value 0.78). stronger median percentage cells immunohistochemistry staining which 60.5% (range 3-73%) 53% 2-65%) wild However, correlation coefficient interval oncogene weak.

Developing Michigan Cancer Foundation 7 Cells with Stable Expression of E7 Gene of Human Papillomavirus Type 16

Background: Human papillomavirus (HPV) is responsible for the development of cervical neoplasia.  Infection with human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV-16) is a major risk factor for the development of cervical cancer. The virus encodes three oncoproteins (E5, E6 and E7), of which, the E7 oncoprotein is the major protein involved in cell immortalization and transformation o...

Integration of human papillomavirus type 16 in cervical cancer cells

Cervical cancer remains an important cause of women morbidity and mortality. The progression of cervical pathology correlates with the HPV integration into the host genome. However, the data on the viral integration status in cervical dysplasias are controversial. The aim of the current study was to evaluate the status of HPV integration in two types of cervical pathology - invasive and non inv...

TLR9 expression and function is abolished by the cervical cancer-associated human papillomavirus type 16.

Cervical cancer development is linked to the persistent infection by high-risk mucosal human papillomaviruses (HPVs) types. The E6 and E7 major oncoproteins from this dsDNA virus play a key role in the deregulation of the cell cycle, apoptosis, and adaptive immune surveillance. In this study, we show for the first time that HPV type 16 (HPV16), the most carcinogenic type among the high-risk sub...

Human papillomavirus type 16 variants and risk of cervical cancer.

There are substantial data demonstrating that human papillomaviruses (HPVs) are the sexually transmitted etiologic agents of cervical cancer (1). HPV type 16 (HPV16) is the most common HPV type detected in tumors, accounting for 50% of cancers and their precursors, called high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSILs) (2). Preliminary studies (3–16) have suggested that variants of HPV16 ma...
